ABOUT ME
This is a portfolio comprised of a minuscule percentage of the designs I have fabricated throughout the years I have began.
I began learning Photoshop on my own in High School (circa 1997) on an Apple Power Macintosh 6400 in my High School music class. It had Photoshop 2.0 (layers had yet to exist). I took on my first vocation learning layers in Photoshop, at a kiosk in Plaza Bonita Mall ,located in Bonita, CA, for a company by the name of Great Moments in mid 1999 (which produced personalized keepsakes such as T-shirts, mugs, mouse-pads and more).
I was offered an opportunity in 2000 at Legendary Holdings, Inc. now known only as Legendary Headwear. I then learned an application that changed everything… CorelDRAW, a vector based application allowing me to manipulate lines to my desire. After 3 years of working at Legendary, I thought I would pursue my dreams of starting my own clothing line (Landslide Clothing) , and decided to move to Orlando, FL where I would later learn Sign production and installation. Working on a Gerber plotter, and later a Mimaki plotter.
I returned to my hometown of San Diego, CA in 2006 to later provide my services for Canyon Graphics based in Mira Mesa,CA. I was selected to work on a project with Skinit.com, engineering the vinyl cut patterns for various electronic devices. In 2015 I would start my own venture part time, screen printing my own designs with a partner and we formed Hindsight Apparel & Design. I have always done free-lance work for various clients over the years, creating digital media, logos, and all types of media from signs, banners, business cards, posters, window graphics, printed menus, digital menus, embroidery ready art, silk screen separation, schematics and even engineered a jig for pad printing.
